• Notice of cancellations must be submitted in writing to restoredsmiles@gmail.com at least 60 days for CGF course and 90 days for Sessions 1-3 prior to the attendee’s course start date. In the event of a valid cancellation, the attendee will receive a full refund, minus $1,500 cancellation fee for sessions 1-3 and/or minus $500 cancellation fee for CGF course.
• Less than 60 days for CGF course and 90 days for Sessions 1-3 prior to course start date, there will be NO refunds issued due to scheduling of locations, patients, etc.
• Restored Smiles may cancel courses up to thirty 30 days prior to the first day of the event.
• The full registration amount will be refunded for courses cancelled by Restored Smiles.
• Restored Smiles is not responsible for travel costs incurred for cancelled courses. Please take this into consideration when scheduling flight and hotel arrangements.
