Learn how to place dental implants in to abundant bone predictably, efficiently, and successfully. This comprehensive course is filled with hands-on exercises to prepare you for socket preservation, flap design, implant placement, and suturing. We will also discuss high aesthetic areas as well as how to deal with the edentulous patient. This session will include a great deal of hands-on exercises regarding suturing, bone grafting, as well as various implant placement scenarios.
